Atlanta, GA, May 18, 2020 – ROI Healthcare Solutions was named the winner of a Bronze Stevie® Award in the Communications or PR Campaign of the Year – Crisis Communications Online category in The 18th Annual American Business Awards® today.
The American Business Awards are the U.S.A.’s premier business awards program. All organizations operating in the U.S.A. are eligible to submit nominations – public and private, for-profit and non-profit, large and small.
Nicknamed the Stevies for the Greek word meaning “crowned,” the awards will be virtually presented to winners during a live event on Wednesday, August 5. Tickets for the virtual event are now on sale.
More than 3,600 nominations from organizations of all sizes and in virtually every industry were submitted this year for consideration in a wide range of categories, including Startup of the Year, Executive of the Year, Best New Product or Service of the Year, Marketing Campaign of the Year, Live Event of the Year, and App of the Year, among others. ROI was nominated in the Communications or PR Campaign of the Year – Crisis Communications Online category.
ROI was nominated based on their response to the COVID-19 pandemic. During the past few months, ROI led a company-wide collaboration to quickly bring value and aid to the healthcare industry and community during the pandemic, including:
- Facilitating a healthcare executive virtual roundtable discussion to share lessons learned
- Creating a COVID-19 support services package with complimentary, cost-effective, and flexible solutions
- Promoting Eightfold.ai’s talent exchange program
- Raising a combined $7,800 from employee donations and matching contributions up to $100 from ROI during April as part of the ROI Gives program; proceeds went to the Center for Disaster Philanthropy, Feeding America, American Red Cross, and Direct Relief
