ROI Healthcare Solutions, LLC has been awarded a contract by Indiana’s Reid Health to modernize their ERP through an Infor CloudSuite transformation. Reid’s Chief Financial Officer Chris Knight shares, “Reid is excited to announce its partnership with ROI to implement Infor’s latest version of its ERP system. The 12-month engagement will lay the foundation for Reid to improve their service experience, enhance competitiveness, modernize business processes, automate business solutions, and increase operating efficiency. Through the move from their current Infor Lawson v10 modules to the Infor CloudSuite multi-tenant platform, Reid prepares for the future by:

- Enhancing the end-user experience by enabling contemporary technologies and mobile capabilities
- Enabling better decision support through improved data access and analysis
- Improving transaction processing and approval times by leveraging the Infor CloudSuite technology
